Our goal in collecting personal information from Affiliates is to assist in servicing our Affiliates, to provide a smooth and efficient Affiliate Program experience and to keep our Affiliates informed of opportunities available on those services. This allows us to customize our Affiliate Program to meet your needs.
We collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us when you when you sign-up to become an AskNowTM Affiliate. The types of personally identifiable information we may collect at this Website during this process include:
- Name;
- Company name;
- E-mail address;
- Mailing address and zip code;
- Telephone number;
- Tax ID number; and
- Website URL.
During the sign-up process you will be asked to create a User Name and password. After your registration is submitted we will send you an e-mail message containing important information, such as your User Name and password. You agree that AskNowTM may contact you at any time with administrative notices, updates and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate for you to receive in connection with your continued use of the Website and/or participation in the AskNowTM Affiliate Program. We may also use contact information from your registration data to send you information about AskNowTM and to keep you informed of our other products and services that may be of interest to you. Your contact information may also used to reach you, when necessary, regarding issues concerning Affiliate services provided to AskNowTM. If you wish to stop receiving future communications from us, please see the Opt-Out section below. Please note, however, that you may not opt-out from the receipt of administrative notices.
Affiliate information is not shared with any third party, except when required to conduct business, such as for invoicing for advertising campaign purchases, making payments to an Affiliate, tax reporting, or as required by law. AskNowTM reserves the right to release current or past Affiliate information in the event that AskNowTM believes that the Affiliate is using, or has used, the Website in violation of the terms and conditions, to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, if AskNowTM is sold or acquired, or when AskNowTM deems it necessary or appropriate.
Minors.
Persons under the age of 18 ("minors") are not eligible to register for, or participate in, the AskNowTM Affiliate Program. AskNowTM does not knowingly collect information from minors. No information should be submitted to this Website by individuals under 18 years of age. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children.
Security.

Opt-Out Procedure:
If you decide you would like to stop receiving e-mail communications from AskNowTM that are not related to your participation in the Affiliate Program, you may opt-out by sending an e-mail with the subject "unsubscribe" to AffiliateHelp@AskNow.com. Please note, however, that you may not opt-out from receiving administrative notices from AskNowTM.
Termination of Affiliate Arrangement:
If you decide you would like to discontinue your Affiliate arrangement with AskNowTM, you may do so by sending an e-mail with the subject "Terminate Agreement" to . For detailed information regarding termination please refer to the Affiliate Agreement.
Changes to the Privacy Policy & Notification of Changes:
AskNowTM reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice at the Website that we are changing our Privacy Policy. If the manner in which we use personally identifiable information changes, we will notify users by posting the changes on this Website. Any and all changes to our Privacy Policy are effective immediately upon posting. The user's continued use of the Website, provision of affiliate services and/or continued receipt of AskNowTM e-mails constitutes an affirmative acknowledgement and acceptance by the user to the terms of the modified Privacy Policy.
